Guiding Change: Coaching

Being part of or leading a transition asks you to stay steady while the ground moves under you. Many leaders and teams feel stretched, unsure, or alone as they hold responsibility for others. Our coaching gives you a clear place to think, feel, and work through what’s actually happening—without pressure to perform or pretend.
Process: We focus on the real conditions you’re facing: uncertainty, transition, emotional weight, doubt, and the need to stay connected to what matters. We work on strategies to lead with clarity, make grounded decisions, and relate to yourself and others with honesty and presence.
One on one: 8-10, weekly 1 hour sessions
Team: 3-5, bi weekly 2-3 hour sessions

Nature based Retreats

For leaders and teams to step back, reset and recharge.
Stepping away from daily pressures creates room for clarity. Our retreats offer focused time to reflect, connect, and make sense of what’s changing. We use nature, honest conversation, and simple structures to help you see your work and your role with more perspective. Retreats are especially useful during beginnings, endings, major transitions, and times when a new direction is emerging.

Guiding Change Certification

For people guiding transformation in communities, classrooms, teams, and healing spaces.
This pathway builds the practical and relational skills needed to guide others through real change. It is direct, honest training rooted in developmental insight, embodied learning, and experience in the field. You learn how to create trust, hold tension without collapsing or forcing resolution, work with power responsibly, and guide groups through difficult or uncertain moments. You also learn how to stay steady yourself—an essential part of being a guide.

Four Stages of Open Circle Training

Stage 1 — The Listening Circle
Learn to build trust, create belonging, and support groups through transition.
Stage 2 — Turning Conflict Into Creativity
Use tension as a source of clarity rather than something to avoid or control.
Stage 3 — Power That Aligns
Understand and work responsibly with power, authority, and decision-making.
Stage 4 — Guiding Change Intensive
Apply everything you’ve learned in real case studies using developmental, ecological, and embodied practices.
