Strength to Serve Information Session

April 16th

4-5pm PST

Free | Virtual

Traditional leadership is broken.

But who says it has to be this way?

Imagine a leadership model where your team is not just a cog in the machine; they're the life force that sustains and propels your mission, and imbues you with the strength to serve.

Strength to Serve is a 15-week leadership program designed to impact lasting cultural change within your organizations and communities by learning to lead with empathy, humility, and selflessness.

In addition to engaging online modules, 1:1 coaching, and group learning sessions with guest teachers, your classroom journey will culminate in a 9-day backpacking retreat in Washington's Olympic National Park.

In this 1-hour information session, Open Circle co-founders and program leaders Adam Rumack and Miriam Jones will walk you through the program's curriculum and illustrate how each module is designed to make your learning journey fun, accessible, and rewarding.

You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and gain clarity on how this program aligns with your personal leadership goals and organizational needs.
