Module 1: Creating alignment - aligning structure and purpose
- Cultural definitions of power, authority, and decision making and its relations to internal and external structures
- Exploring personal relations to power, authority, and decision making - Lines and circles: different approaches to structural alignment
- Defining different terms including collective wisdom and sociocracy practices and principles
- Deciding how to decide
- Dissecting relationships between doing and rulemaking

Module 2 Unraveling hidden group curriculums - consent and effect of group dynamics on decision making
- Exploring our relationship with consent - Inquiry into group thinking - consent by default or by choice - Facilitating a consent decision-making process
- Inquiring into biases assumptions, levels of tolerance, meaning-making, and fear of exile - Setting agendas for collective decision making through group-based policymaking and proposal forming
Module 3: Whole Systems Alignment: Election, nomination and representation
- Whole Systems: structures designed for movement
-Choosing roles and responsibilities in ongoing circular governance
- Facilitating the nomination process
- Directing theory of systems thinking and feedback loops - Practicing group techniques for bearing witness and sharing feedback - Building on Individual and psychological development
