BURNOUT

The World Health Organization officially classified it as a disease in its  May 2019 Revision of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11).

It’s a pandemic striking at the heart, minds, and bodies of employees around the world, costing companies (directly) an estimated $190 billion dollars in the USA alone.

Additionally, worldwide, 615 million people suffer from depression and anxiety, and this has an estimated $1 trillion dollar loss of productivity.

Like many, if not most, of the global issues facing humanity (and our ability to work together, create together, solve problems together), the scale, reach, and depth of the crisis makes it a systemic issue.

Also, like most of the global issues facing humanity, the dominant solutions are individual focused (wellness programs, vacations, self-care, etc), ignoring the systemic issues.

Are you interested in changing that?

Then join us for the first in a series of Mastermind Sessions with colleagues from HR, Leadership & Development, DEI, and People and Culture roles across industries and geographies as we hear each other, deepen understanding, and create solutions together.

The first of this series is about the story we tell ourselves, and our teams about the meaning and purpose of work; how these stories are failing us, and the new stories that are emerging.

Email us to request your invitation.

Include your name, industry, and role.

Spaces are limited.
